The figure has been confirmed by J K Shin to Korean reporters.
Galaxy S4 that went on sale on 23 April has thus reached the milestone by end of June. In comparison, Galaxy S III took 100 days to reach the same 20 million mark.
Meanwhile, domestic sales of the Galaxy S4 standards reached 500,000 earlier this month.
