Twitter Users Can Now Send, Receive Images in Direct Messages

Twitter and Facebook are two of the leading social media networks around the world, which are used by millions each second that passes away.

Twitter is more easier to send across messages to friends and family. SO to aid its users to take advantage of this useful service, Twitter has enabled users to share and receive images in direct messages.

Twitter unveiled the new feature in an update to versions of its iOS and Android apps on Tuesday. Users who update the app can send and receive images through DM on both mobile and web versions of the service.

The new versions of Twitter include a few additional changes, including the ability to swipe between the "Home," "Discover" and "Activity" timelines within the app, reports Kurt Wagner on Mashable.

The update also put a Messages tab across the bottom navigation bar, making it easier to access Direct Messages from the home screen.
