Samsung has recently released Android Jelly Bean (JB 4.1.2) firmware for Galaxy S Advance (I9070) which is available for download. For the Russians or those based in Russia, they can obtain this update via Kies or OTA as well.

Galaxy S Advance is is said to be the only smartphone that took a huge leap from Gingerbread to Jelly Bean without ever getting Ice Cream Sandwich support. Despite the smartphone’s decent specs, it’s seems quite odd that the World’s biggest Mobile manufacturer has once again sidelined Galaxy S2 which is not only more powerful than Galaxy S advance but also has a huge user-base.
