China offers stealth military plane for sale

China, in  a rare move, has offered to the world a stealth fighter aircraft - though the aircraft is still under test and trial phase of development.

The J-31 aircraft is a the fifth-generation fighter jet, which has a 1,200 kilometre combat range and a top speed of 2,205 kph.

The aircraft has a maximum payload capacity of 8 metric tons and designed to be in service for up to 30 years.
