What do you do FIRST in case of fire in your home or office?

Well most of you may answer in rushing to the stairs as per the procedures in vogue of fire drills. Some even head for the elevators which is highly inadvisable as the power failure may jams the elevators and may cause deaths by suffocation.

That is the true part of this post. But what about the lighter part of the question?
