Galaxy Note III not to have optical image stabilization

All eyes are set to September 4 Samsung unveiling event at Berlin next week where Samsung is going to show off its SmartWatch and Galaxy Note III.

Whether Samsung is able to impress its fans with SmartWatch or not is a difficult question, but Samsung fans are surely going to be disappointed with Galaxy Note III for it does not have optical image stabilization.

There are reports that despite being loved by many a photographers, the Galaxy Note III will have a void in this sphere of functions.

However, Samsung is reportedly working on a 16-megapixel camera module with optical image stabilization for future flagship phones, but this module won't be available until 2014.

It may be added that Samsung Galaxy Note II is likely to have Exynos 5 Octa or Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC. It's rumoured that the device will feature 3 GB of memory and a 5.7-inch AMOLED Full HD display.
