Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 receives FCC certification

Those who like Samsung would recall that just awhile ago, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (SM-T210) was passed through the FCC.

Now, SamMobile reports that Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 (SM-T310) has reached the U.S. agency. The certification doesn’t reveal much except the device will have 16GB of storage, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 will arrive in two variants: a Wi-Fi-only model (SM-T311) and a 3G+Wi-Fi model (SM-T310).

It may be added that Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 is rumoured to pack a 8-inch WXGA (1280×800) display, a Dual-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, 1.5 GB of RAM, 5 megapixel main camera sensor and a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera.

The device is believed to be running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with Samsung’s TouchWiz Nature UX 2.0 out of the box.
