Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile adding Samsung Galaxy S III to their pre-paid lineups

Good news for the Samsung Galaxy S III users!!

It has been learnt that Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile are adding the Samsung Galaxy S III to their pre-paid smartphone lineups. The popular device will launch in June, running on Sprint's 3G and 4G LTE networks in 88 markets.

However, pricing details have not been released so far.

Jeff Hallock, senior vice president for Sprint marketing, said in a statement:
"Samsung Galaxy S III is a premium smartphone designed to deliver one of the hottest handset experiences to consumers. Offering the device on Boost and Virgin Mobile makes switching from a long-term contract to a pre-paid plan "a simple decision."

It may be added that Galaxy S III has a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED 1,280-by-720 display — the largest screen available from Boost or Virgin — and runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. It features an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 1.9-megapixel front cam; it also comes pre-loaded with Samsung's AllShare Play and S Beam, and is Wi-Fi and GPS-enabled, with Bluetooth connectivity.
